Ruqyah & Sunnah Practices to Overcome Laziness and Boost Positive Energy
1. Sunbathe every morning for at least 15 minutes.
2. Do grounding as long as possible — walk barefoot on grass, soil, or sand.
3. Shower in the rain whenever it falls, with the intention of cleansing both medical and non-medical ailments. Recite the following prayer:
“Bismillahi arqii nafsii, min kulli syai'in yu’dzinii, min syarri kulli nafsin au ‘ainin haasidin, allahumma isyfinii, bismillahi arqii nafsii.”
4. Perform a ruqyah water bath for three consecutive days, starting today until Sunday. The water should be recited upon with: Al-Fatihah, Ayat Al-Kursi, the last 2 verses of Al-Baqarah, Al-Falaq, An-Naas, and Al-Ikhlas — each 3x or 7x. After each surah, blow into the water.
5. Perform self-ruqyah every night before sleep. While placing your hand on the back of your neck/head, recite:
“Bismillahi arqii nafsii...”
Then continue with the same recitations as in point 4 (each 3x), and wipe your entire body.
